Our AQUALLINE adjustable turnbuckle socket assembly – closed or open – is often used in (multi-) alignment systems, such as container spreaders, where wire rope wear regularly requires re-alignment of structures or installations.
A major advantage of our turnbuckle socket assembly is that the wire rope tension at (multi-) alignment configurations can be easily equalized. It minimizes the shutdown operation time that is normally needed with the existing alignment methods. In addition, it prolongs the wire rope life, as the disproportional tension on a single wire rope can be quickly resolved.
